Send money from paypal to another paypal adress with an unverified paypal account?

    Hello. I have a paypal account and some money on it that has been sent by advertisers on my website. My accoubnt is not verified. When I see my limits it says I have a limit of 150$ for sending and 0$ for recieving. But when I try to send money to another paypal adress it asks me for credit or debit card. So can I or cant I send money to other paypal adresses without having my account verified?

    Some countries have restriction in PayPal where you can't send money from PP balance but only via CC.

    You can not send money from unverified account, then verify your account by add Bank Account and remove limitations

    You can send money just not more than the $500 limit on transactions for unverified accounts.

    Maybe you are right, but I dont understand why paypal says that I can Send up to 150$, when I cant do that. Thanks for the reply anyway
