    simply, its not possible, only you can withdraw money to your own debit/credit card.

    I dont want to add my debit or credit card, it is not safe.

    I have heard that the account gets hacked and all scams.

    If you fear hacking then stop using paypal! If you don't trust paypal why have an account there?

    If you're smart enough (use hard passwords, security software loaded and avoid phising sites/mails) then PP account can't be hacked. ;)

    You cannot transfer Money to a Credit Card unless the same has been added to your account as a mode of payment..... The answer to your question is, No, You cannot transfer money to someone else's credit card,
