    Well to be honest, I came across this at a time when I was in a particularly bad mood.

    Its nothing personal, honest - but direct email in any form, unless specifically asked for, in my opinion is bad.

    I know your argument will be that these people have been targeted specifically, and more importantly are probably double opted in - but in my mind they opted in to receive YOUR emails, not emails people pay you to send them.

    You are right though, picking on your post solely was probably not good form.
