Send funds personally with premier paypal acconut?

    PayPal polices varies for each country. Some can just receive funds, some can only send, and all others can do both. It depends on which country you are on. :)

    and nagender, as Moses8595 said - you can. It is even possible with business accounts to sent personal/gift funds.

    Yes. You can send funds to your relatives and friends without paying any fees use personal transaction from your premier paypal account.

    Thanks everyone.

    Now, I seen Personal Payment option for sending money. Earlier, I sent 50 bucks to my brother in hurry as Online Purchases, and fees were deducted.

    Not do again this mistake. :)

    Yes, you can send via personal transaction from your premier account but make sure to send the funds each time. But make sure you send the funds for personal use only and do not involve any business related payment.
