SEMRush Stats, Are they Real or worth bothering with???

I have SEOQuake on my FireFox and with it SEMRush. Now, after the first 6 weeks of a new site being up SEMRush didn't have any results. Now, it's saying my site is worth $1800 and I'm number one for my top 5 keywords....impressive stuff seeing as I've spent about 10 hours on it from setting it up.

Now can you just confirm that $1800 is how much someone would have to spend on Adwords to push me out of the way?/ Is that right? As I'm STILL waiting for Google to grant my Adsense (keep on getting knocked back for unacceptable content - but it's all unique and written by pro writers), I have contact us page, private policy and sitemap etc, I just don't know why BIG G is being a pain.

But anyway, as it's not making money (right now), and I know that if I was to sell it you take it's monthly revenue and multiply by 10 or 12 to sell it. Is my site just worth the $10 domain name charge still? Or could I sell it for a few hundred bucks?

I'm not selling it as it happens as I'm very much interested in making a good chuck of cash off it, but at the moment, it's merely a source of information for visitors.

    Your thoughts?
