SemiPro - Is it any good?

I'm not a big Will Ferrell fan, but I'd like to see a good comedy. Is it worth seeing?

 

You're best bet is to avoid it. It is his worst performance yet.

 

I didn't see Blades of glory, so I can't say it is the worst, but it was pretty average. not as good as anchorman or ricky bobby

 

I went to see it on Sunday, some good laughs.

Technically Talladega Nights, Blades of Glory and Semi-Pro aren't great, but I found them entertaining.

I thought the same about Anchorman though, I just think Anchorman has more quotable lines which is why it's more popular.

 

Is Elf considered to be his best film?

I've seen all these films and would probably agree that Stranger Than Fiction is his best film.

 

Huh! I've never heard of Stranger Than Fiction.

I don't get out much...

Maybe I'll rent it.

 

It's not an out and out comedy. More drama. It's good
