Semi-professional into webdesigning/webhosting, license required?

Hi guys, I'm a student and I'm currently planning to form a group of designers/helpers to provide webdesign and hosting services(reseller) to the public by next year. We'll be going semi-professional since all of us are still students.
(We will probably only accept transactions through paypal or related services, like how we deal with domain sales).

May I know if its a requirement to obtain a company license? I live in Singapore. :D

    What a helpful reply, Nancy.

Sapphiro, it's probably best to research this matter locally, approach a lawyer or an accountant for general instructions on how you should act to keep your business legit...

In the united states you don't have to create any formal business, just pay taxes on your earnings and you are fine. The laws in Singapore might be different though, best bet is to ask someone locally with knowledge in the area.
