    What's the difference and why should I buy this or that?

    Why do you need either? What is your situation? What do you want to do? And what kind of money do you want to spend?

    Sorry. This are all things you could have included in your post that would make it possible for someone to give you a real answer.

    Master Reseller Is For Selling hosting but you are on somebody else's dedicated server with other people on it. More than 50 i guess. On a semi-dedicated like only 2-4 people are host it on it. And also tell us why you need it and your budget is?

    Thank You;
    Sean

    Budget: $50/month. At the moment, I wanted to know what is the difference of both. Can a semi-dedicated server give reseller and cpanel accounts? Thanks.

    Than go with a VPS, lower budget, root access, pretty much same as a semi-dedi

    I second Kaoz. Go for a VPS. Do not go for Master Reseller or any other. You will have total control of your VPS and you will also be able to create resellers and cPanel accounts and you can be sure there would not be any overselling from your upstream provider (unless they have too many VPS on a single node). You can get a decent managed VPS for $50 a month.

    Whm, web host manager, can be configured however the supplier wants it to be. You need to read the specs where you are buying to be 100% sure. I would think that the vast majority of installs at the vps and better are setup with you as the top admin. As such you should be able to do anything you like. Sell reseller, sell master reseller, sell hosting.

    If you want to sell reseller accounts you should be looking at at least a VPS and semi-dedicated would be better. If you just buy a master account yourself you do not know how oversold the server really is.
