Sem Vs Seo

    i need your opinions regarding SEO VS SEM...what is the difference? is SEO is more important than SEM (vice-versa)? i need your opinions regarding this...

    SEM is for an example when you create an ADWORDS campaign or something like that....

    SEO is for example when you decide to add H2 and H3 tags and place text links to your site in purpose to rank higher.

    Well, when you are placing text links for example you are actually doing both SEO and SEM, they are close related and should go hand in hand...

    I view SEO as a piece of SEM.

    I tend to define SEO as optimizing a site (onsite and off) for better placement in the organic results. To me SEM includes SEO in addition to other search marketing related efforts (PPC for example) above and beyond the organic results.
