If you have a budget, and you know whatr your doing, then PPC is the way to go to get instant traffic. Its also a great way to test. SEO takes time, and lots of it, but often can be cheaper, howver if your paying lots for an SEO service then its still kinda paid traffic if you think about it.
PPC is one of the best way to get instant traffic, but it will cost you more if not handled properly. Apart from it SEO is considered as a long term process, Once you get through with it and have achieved first place for your targeted keywords than you are to get benefit for a long term. Thus according to me right now you can go for PPC but at the same time also start an SEO for the same, Once your keywords are placed ahead of your competitors than you can stop your ppc campaign and can rely on Organic Results.
PPC is awesomre to test new KWs for instance, if your site is good enough, you can spend $50 and see how well your site converts, if it does well then you can set up a whole SEO strategy to get it organic results, if it doesnt convert well then tinker with the site or just abandon it. Better to do it this way than spend months of hard SEO work paying lots of money to outsource and then realise it doesnt convert
If you want instant traffic then you should go with PPC. Also do SEO for your website, it will help you to get long term ranking in the search engines & helps to get more traffic & visitors for your website
