    To find the question "why are you selling this site" in the Sites for Sale section of this forum is amazing.

    As I have pointed out here at DP for years, a much more relevant question from a prospective buyer would be, "what is your USP (unique selling proposition)?", in other words, why is your site better than your rivals.

    Not to mention what does the site actually do?
