I want to start selling hardware/accessories (headsets, RAM etc) and tutorials that I've created myself. I'm new to this kind of thing and I'm wondering what my legal limitations are? Am I allowed to sell this kinda thing with out a license?

Generally yes you can, but without knowing your exact location I can only say look at your local (state) laws. The tutorials that you have created yourself are covered under copyright law and you should design a license for them (just some friendly advice) to be able to limit the amount of copies other people are selling out there. You can sell them all day long if you want to, under any conditions you want to, such as freely redistributable, no redistribution, free, redistribution for a higher fee, etc.

Thats a relief. I could even create a program in which people advertise my site and they get a commission off each sale. That way I'd generate traffic. :)
I live in the UK, can I still sell hardware on my site?
