    This guys a clown. Don't believe in anything he says. He doesn't even know that he did agree to not sell his account when he clicked I accept on YPN's signup page... This leads us all to believe that he doesn't actually have one. That would explain his "silent auction"

    If you read the Yahoo TOS, it clearly states by applying to the BETA you agree with all the terms, not by using your account you agree to all the terms.

    LOL i feel some some contention in this thread. Simple fact is I didnt and wouldn't scam and 3 of the 4 people posting I am scammer all tried to by the account buy asking what is the highest bid ill just bid higher. I replied with its a silent auction send best bid and they got all pissy.
