I don't see why anyone would want to buy someone elses contacts. As a client I wouldn't work with someone just because my original consultant decided to pawn my information off to someone. In fact, I would probably refuse to work with either party from that point on.
Oh yeah, plus who knows what kinda of crap you are getting yourself into. I've had a few clients in the past who I would never hand off to anyone...even my mother-in-law.
It is done all the time. Insurance agents buy and sell such info constantly. Real estate agents, all types of salesmen. My insurance agent I had in Texas, he bought a huge contact list to get his business going. So yes, it can be done.
It wouldn't be like selling email addresse ect but selling how you make money with proof of income. p.s. I would never do that, just wondering.
its possible, but it would be more benificial if you tie up with person selling the addresses and that guy does your branding.
