Wordpress with shopping cart plugin. Whypark premium allows your own ads on a content site, for example, taking you to the money site.
I don't think the response here are quite useful, nor the question yourself. If you are going for something, then it would be better if you are acknowledged about it.
most ebook sellers create a video infomercial about the ebooks they are selling, then a landing page. also, you should be involved in forum discussions that relates to the ebook that you are selling but do not go into a forum and blatantly advertise your product.
For a single item I agree with most of the previous posts with just creating a single landing page on a site with a buy now link which you could just use a generated button from paypal and be done with it. I advise against setting up a store with automated order fulfillment unless you dont really care if you get a lot of chargebacks...
