is this legal? trading yahoo groups?

 

Peoples are selling here myspace's , Friendster n other group thts are also nt legal.
some are selling here proxy n other thing.

Anyway, I am sure both the buyer and sellers breaking the TOS, it does not seems legal to me.

From what I see, you cannot sell a Yahoo Group unless you own Yahoo. To be doubly sure, contact Yahoo and ask them about it, they got the answer.

I know that there are people here who just ignore Terms and Conditions and sell MySpace and Google Checkout accounts without authority but it does not make it right. I mean like if people cheats and get away with it, it does not make it legal to do so.

 

Exactly, that is what I believe, I have also been involved in such trades..but now I intensionally try to restrain myself from such deals.
