I am selling: www.submitdotcom.com Web Directory
This directory is my first one and I've learned a lot from it and I decided that I need to get on with it and start a new one which is much better.

Sorry, I used .gif, it saves space, so the image has bad quality but you can still see it.

Link Status: We currently have 625 links in 79 catergories (and growing)
Approving links is very easy, I even have a mod installed that shows you how many links and pending links are on, its on the homepage. It usually takes a min. to approve the links.

Seo Tools: I have added a page that has some seo tools and articles, they are free scripts from iwebtool or articles sites.

Forum: I've decided to add a forum, I put it in the www.adminfusion.com postfusion system, you might get some posts soon. (I do not own a IPB license, not sure about the TOS, but I got the forum installed through my cpanel in scripts libary, some hosts offer it for the old versions, 1.x)

Revenue:
Average $50 - $70 a month (it depends on how you advertise it and what kind of submitters you get)
I get money from clicksor, advertisments, and featured listings.
Clicksor ads: I've gotten like $6 in a week now.

Purchased Ads: (optional, but can earn you revenue)
The textlinks on bottom, those are ad purchases, please keep them on the bottom for a month if you can. After that, you can contact the owners if they want to repurchase. Four are permanent ones, which I have received $20 out of. please contact me if you have any concerns. If you can keep them till their expiration dates, I will pay you a few dollars. Ill sent you a file with all the info so you know when its bought, the cost and expiration date etc.
The clicksor ads you can remove and replace with your own ads, it is a directory mod.

Pagerank: We are at PR 0 since this site was started in the beginning of this month, but I've purchased a directory submission service before and it submitted my site to 300 directories. It worked because I got a lot of confirm directory submission emails. I also advertise it at several places, submit it to quality pr directories.

Backlinks:
Apparently, they don't show ALL of it, since I've submitted to a lot of sites, many of you should know if you check your backlinks on google or msn. But I checked, for msn theres about

Another thing, is the database completely unique?

 

The links and categories were never imported or carried over from another directory. Users submitted the links and I added the catergories in the beginning when the directory came alive
