Selling Selling Wordpress Plugins Site, including 2 custom made plugins

We just put our website up for sale:

Site Details:

This website started as a project for a group of programmers to create custom wordpress plugins. The website was to showcase all of the plugins and act as a programmer portfolio. Unfortunately there were complications with the team and they are no longer working together. As a result we have to sell the site. We'd rather someone make use of the site and its plugins rather than it just collecting dust.

The website includes 2 custom made plugins: super refer-a-friend and super blogroll. As their names imply, they are advanced versions of existing popular plugins. These have not been distributed, but you would have full rights to use them as you wish as your own private products. There is also a 3rd plugin which is only partially complete that can be included.

As for the website itself, it is a custom designed wordpress theme with a custom designed logo. Money has been invested into this site for a professional design.

This site could either be continued as a portfolio type website with more plugins created or it could become more of a content based blog.

Revenue Details

No money has been made from this site yet as it is very new and minimal marketing has been done. The site was to make money through affiliate programs, paid advertising spots and potentially selling wordpress plugins. The hostgator ad on the site has potential to make $100 per paying customer it refers. I think there is a decent amount of potential there for someone who is willing to expand the site and do some marketing. Putting AdSense up on the site would guarantee some money.

Traffic Details

There is currently not much traffic at all...maybe 50-100 unique visitors per month. It is getting a bit of traffic from Google. So it does have potential to get some rankings and traffic there. We did a paid press release through prweb a bit after we launched that resulted in a big spike in traffic.

I assume a site like this would get most of its traffic through the plugins it distributes. There are likely a lot of different websites to submit the plugins to. The wordpress plugin repository alone could result in a ton of downloads and direct traffic. Unfortunately our team just did not stick together long enough to get to that stage of the business.
