[Selling] Well Established, Well Known Incentives Site

    For the past 11 months, Refer4freegifts.com has been a well known name in the free gifts incentives market. In fact, many DP members have accounts with us.

    It currently makes on average $355 per month with CJ.com (commissionjunction), and has truly developed into an established incentives site. In it's beginning months, it averaged $180 per month, and since then has doubled in its profits so you can truly see the future potential to overcome it's already consistent and high profits.

    It currently has 4335 registered members. We have paid out approximately 15 gifts over the 11 months, ranging from $5-$10. Most gifts were at $5 (rapidshare accounts), so assume total gift giveaways cost approximately $10 per month, if that.

    Traffic is consistently 100 uniques per day, 3000 uniques per month.

    I have even established forums, with a very devoted member base, 440 members with 2800 posts. None of which is spam or breaks the rules of the forums.

    Required Daily Work:
    -Check CJ.com for the users who completed an offer and were credited
    -Go to refer4freegifts.com and give those users credit for completing the offer.
    -Answer support tickets every now and then.

    Approximately 5 minutes of work a day maximum, unless you also would like to post in the forums.

    Will be listing on Sitepoint shortly unless I receive a bid or offer. This is a great opportunity. The site is run on a great script, this is an easy site to maintain (25 minutes a week, if that), and the reserve price is less than 10 months revenue on a site that's been established for a year. I'll also host the site for a month for the new owner if they would like.
