    I am selling a well established online business with goodwill. The financial figures of this business are as follows:

    Since last 12 months:-

    Income - $4,729
    Expenses - $3,091.75
    Gross Profit - $1,637.25
    Percentage of Gross Profit - 35%
    **Admin expenses - $ 600
    Net Profit - $ 1037.25
    Percentage of Net Profit - 22%

    (A sheet with all financial details will be provided to the buyer).

    (**Admin expenses can be avoided and you can keep the whole Gross Profit amount if you can manage the business yourself and dont need an Administrator but I simply did not have the time to manage this business so I had to employ one).

    This business consists of 2 main websites (and 1 ancillary website) and is service oriented. It revolves around providing a valuable service to webmasters/forum owners. All traffic is natural through SE's and we don't spend anything on advertising. We currently have around 100 customers and growing.
