Selling Website(with google ads) to other

    As the google adsense rule, we cannot change the payee name.
    But I have seen in the forum that people are selling their website afflliated to google adsense. What is the crux of the matter ??
    Hoe the buyer will take the advantage of the adsense later ???

    Anybody buying adsense website and generate money from adsense they will have there own adsense account, they will remove current ads, and will put there own ads.

    Its not that hard to change the ads. Remove your own ads, sell the site, tell the buyer how to create the ads and where to put them, thats it.
