Selling Selling Website That is Already On 1st Page of Google For A Hot Niche

Hi, I am selling a website that is already on the first page of Google... It is in the VOIP niche. It is a hot niche, which many people don't talk about , because they are too busy making money from it and don't want it saturated.

I made this site a few months back and added 3 voip services on it. I pretty much copied and paste some of the text on their page, built some links for voip phone reviews and forgot about the site. After one month I didn't make any money so I put up adsense on it and got a few clicks. At the end of August I got a paypal email saying I was sent $100 from one of the voip companies I had on the site. I had no idea I made any money, because they never sent me an email saying I made a commission.

I logged into my affiliate panel and true enough, I made two commissions for $50 each. I felt like a fool, because I had changed the site to adsense thinking I didn't make money as an affiliate site.

I just had the site totally redone and turned back into an affiliate site this week, and added some call to actions. The site is ready to go. I haven't done much seo on the site in a long time. It was #1 on yahoo, and #3 on bing, but I see it dropped the other day to the second page. It is still on top page of google, but with a lil more seo, it should climb higher. and go back to the top of bing and yahoo. The keywords are in the domain, and it gets traffic from other keywords and an ezine article you can see Here...

The site is ready as is for organic search or PPC traffic. I pretty much neglected the site and let it sit there and it still made me $100, Even after I found it I made affiliate commission it still sat there, since I had other projects that needed my attention...
