    Because i worked hard on this website to make it look like this. Just think for a second - U have a ready-to-go website with more than 40 articles for only 250 USD ! What do you need more ? U have the articles, the logo, the facebook page, premium domain name. I`m a verified website seller with two website sold ( one of them has now about 10.000 unique visitors/day ) - check my profile. Why i`m selling it : now i`m creating iOS Apps and Android Apps.
    If u don`t like the price, please, don`t leave a comment to say that the price is big or something like that because only i know how much i worked at this website to make it search engine friendly and to add those articles and make it look good. So, if u don`t like the price, go buy another website.
