Selling website. Now whats adsense TOS?

    hello guys
    I need to ask something
    my friend want to purchase my website,,
    that is showing my adsense addz.
    now if i sell my site. he ll use his adsense code on same site which is running my addz now.
    Now what is the procedure,
    do i have to tell adsense about this.
    Please help

    i dunno what's "addz" but he just have to replace all your pub id with his

    Just remove your adsense code before selling and your friend should add his code after purchase.
    Take care that both of your codes do not show up together.
