    He failed to pay his invoice and is threating to take me to court for not having his files.

    He had access to his account while he can through WHMCS.

    And no, if he was serious then it would of alreayd been done instead of asking for my contact info he would already know.

    there is now a court case pending with this site as the OP is holding my sites to ramsom until he has released them back to me which hes not looking like hes willing to do

    What is YOUR cost for the reseller plan or dedicated machines?
    How are Backups Handled?

    Can I see stats on referrer sites?
    What is total cost month to operate (whcms license etc)
