What exactly is required in the upkeep? Reply to tickets - so you'd have to have an idea about hosting? (I'm usually the one making tickets )

Heya, where abouts did you get the clients from? forums? SEO? ads?
Also if you have any more info about the sale please PM it to me.
Regards, Tom

after more details, current clients, where traffic is coming from, upkeep etc

What's your current costs per month? Are the licenses included with the sale? Can we change the plans?

Well LOL !

Dont have to worry about tickets. Cos most of the time it would be related to billing. People asking to renew their service. And few other petty things, which am sure you would be able to answer. If not the hosting provider will be able to help you with it.

Well, ofcourse you need to have a basic idea of hosting business . Just like any other business for that matter. All this time you been a customer of a hosting company. Now you'll be providing space to people who are in need of it ! I can assure you its not like what you think, a gigantic task lol, it isnt.. Stop worrying
