    OK, right now there are two individuals that offered me over $70. I sent them my paypal email, but they have not sent the payment yet.

    If they (or anyone) sends me the payment over $70, I will sell the site to them.

    - ok this is where I get banned for a week...

    Congrats to the "new" winner of the domain - Really bad form Chris - I had already paid for the domain this morning and was simply waiting for you to push - I understand some people bid more, but you took my offer and then hours later refunded - thanks for at least refunding my payment for the domain. Please, next time, wait it out - or even ask me if I wanted to bid higher and inform me you were going to renege on the deal... you could of at least offered me a chance to bid... not send me an email:

    "I issued you a refund because I got much higher offers. I am going to do an auction on the same thread. October 14, 2008 4:04PM"


    The first message you sent me on October 14th, 10:28AM made me believe the site was mine, thats why I paid right away - only to find 6 hours later and a couple of hours on my part reworking some links to accommodate the site - it would have been cool to at least offer me a chance to bid more.

    I am sorry but I have no obligation to sell the site to anyone. Someone PMed me offering me a much higher amount and I took it. I issued you a refund so In my eyes I did you no wrong.
