    People buy and sell blogger blogs all the time. I've bought a few myself. Simply give the new owner your login details and you're done.

    Another way is that you add the new owner's details as a second user to your blog and make him an administrator. Then he can delete your user - viola. Now, he owns the blog. Not that it's recommended, because if Google detects this can easily delete the blog and suspend Blogger accounts.
