Selling very active Arcade website!

I am selling www.Twizl.com

Twizl.com is an Arcade website that brings in thousands of visitors daily, with some TLC this thing could become your nest egg.

Especially with the work I have done, I have brought Twizl.com from page 20 on Google to page 3 for the keyword "Free Games", within a day. By the next SERP update I am surely positive it will be competing for the top 10 with a tad bit more work.

Revenue: I have not made any ad revenue with Twizl.com because I just now put up the ads. Just to give the buyer a feel of ad placement. Again, no ads were on this site for the period of time I owned so there is no ad revenue.

The site is hosted on a private server, so you don't have to deal with any big hosting companies. You pay one guy and he keeps the hosting running. Twizl's hosting is kept alive with the very highly touted Cpanel.

The domains are hosted on GoDaddy, yes I said Domains (which will be included in the deal).

The buyer will receive CPanel details where you can choose to keep the great hosting and just change the password and it's yours. Or you can download an archive and upload it to your own server. I will transfer ALL domains to your account.

Can you put extremetracker on site for few days please.

 

This site did jump really well upto around the 50k mark a few month ago i used to talk to the old owner.

Maybe oput google antics on it for a few dyas ull see the traffic is really not that good

Awstats is more credible than extremetracker. Extremetracker picks and chooses what it wants to show.

Yeah but I don't have access to your awstats and I would have access to extremetracker stats. You're not selling it for pocket change so I guess people would like to see what they are paying few k$.

$50 a month. But you can talk to the owner and just pay him by the amount of usage rather than a set amount. He's very nice.

Okay guys, eXTReME Tracking is at the bottom of every page. Of course please allow a good amount of time for extremetracking to collect a nice chunk of data.

For that much $ I want to see Google Analytics stats. AWStats and ExtremeTracker are too unreliable when it comes to actual page loads. Would you be willing to place my analytics code on your site for a few days to verify the traffic?

 

From extremetracking, mostly traffic is referrals from large game sites, which probably is paid listing(?).
Only around 100 visitor a day from SE, and I think that's kind of low for an 'established' arcade.

 

What are site earnings from the ads I see?
