Selling vB3.6.4 Sports forum website with Owned license, hosting and domain

Hello, I started up the site 12th Dec 05 and it has gone from strength to strength since. SZF is a great sports site which really has great potential and could do well, *if* there is someone in charge who has the time and dedication to make things work.

The winning bidder will get:

1 vb owned license worth $160
(The license is an owned license which I obviously own and it needs to be renewed Dec 26th '07. However I have just found out that vB only allow one license transfer per year. I got the license transferred to me some time around April 8th - 10th. However this problem is easy to get around. I can and will put your name on the license on vb.com so you can use the license for szf.com and then transfer it over once April comes around. This way, you can still download hacks and vb files, and when April comes around, I will transfer the license to you. Sorry about this :/)

11 months hosting worth $220
(The site has been paid up for a years hosting, so you won't have to pay anything for the hosting until sometime around the start of January 08!)

1 domain which costs around from GoDaddy $10
Nearly 3 years registration of domain worth about $30
I own the domain of www.sportszonefanatics.com and the registration expires with GoDaddy on 12th December '09. Obviously I get get the domain transferred so the winning bidder will own the domain.)

Of course the site which you will receive complete ownership to it, and everything mentioned above.

I would prefer to sell everything together, but if you make an offer I simply cannot refuse, I may well decide to sell the item to you!

The site has just moved server so I don't have a years worth of stats, let alone a complete month's stats to post, but in the summer we received 150-200 posts a day. However we now receive a lot less posts since I told members I intend to sell up.

The site needs to go to a new home as I don't have the time to run it anymore. I will not sell everything for anything less than £300 considering you are getting a vB owned license, a site, domain and 11 months free hosting. Make your offers and I will accept an offer when I see a price which I am willing to sell for. All prices are negotiable and to be paid via paypal in English pounds £.
