    Site is highly ranked in Msn for vacuum cleaners. IT was gooing to develope the website. But It didn't happen

    As you see this site has adsense online on the front page if it where all over the site you could profit $XX more per month, I"m guessing $100-150. I'm just too busy and I don't want this site on my server anymore.

    Then in November revenue all from Adsense was $62.41

    A few questions for my due diligence;
    Can i have access to the site stats program, or at the very least see screenshots?
    Why is revenue declining?
    Also, why don't you want it on your server anymore? Has there been any blackhat SEO? How much bandwidth does it take/cost?
    What is the site's monthly profit?

    I know most people buy websites for 1 year's revenue, but I think this is very silly. I think 3-8 x year's net revenue is acceptable. Personal I don't know how my site's link got into that website. I personally don't know.

    As for Do I think people here are stupid? No. But thanks for your helpful comments.

    Revenue is declining? I'm not sure? I made $57.15 in October. So I think November was just a good month.

    Bandwidth Costs, not even a noticable amount.

    Blackhat SEO? No. I link from my websites and I pay for directories.
