My box has been down for over a day now as well. I have also sent PMs and recieved no reply. I will wait another 24 hours then will initiate a complaint through paypal.

Until our issues are resolved WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE fom Recoilnd !

 

Mine has been down for 36 hours. He just replied to my PM saying "what is the server IP?". Doesn't seem to know his own seedbox IP! Even if he doesn't know his own seedbox IP it wouldn't have hurt him to look through previous PMs or emails to find it. That way I don't have to wait another 24 hours for him to check his messages.

I'll post back when, or rather if, my issue is resolved.

 

i also make an order for a vps from this guy
and this guy ignore eamils and pms
dont make any order untill ppl starting to get what they payed for!
looks like he wants to get paid for as many ppl as he can and then just disappear!

Mine is still down too and I have not heard a word. I have initiated a refund claim at Paypal. A little communication would have gone a long way !

 

Yeah I'm with you. My seedbox has been down for 3 days and he won't reply to my PMs. He has until the end of the day to reply or I'm contacting paypal too. Avoid this seller!

 

What I don't understand is why is he replying to new costumers at forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=10764619#post10764619 and not to us!!

My service has not been available for over 3 days and getting no response from the seller.

 

He is fighting the paypal claims against him...he is trying to get away with the money without providing the service...avoid this seller.

 

Its been down for close to a week. Hope he gets back to me soon. :s

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER !

A number of us bought seedboxes from him and they have all been down for over a week now. No communication, no refund, nothing.

This guy is turning out to be a total deadbeat seller and should be banned.
