The title pretty much says it all! simply visit www.yourbloghost.com click on services press read more under the free hosting plan then click sign up. DOn't worry this is only the free hosting, i'll then make your account the best unmetred plan and then I expect the Paypal payment of $7 to . If I don't receive the payment withing 15 minutes of me making the account unmetred I will make it back to free.
Oh and when you sign up and it says if you want to register a domain or something just choose subdomain, you can point your actual domain at the name servers later as I havn't sorted the domain thingy out as of yet.
