    I don't want to sound bitter or anything, but how do we know that you won't just terminate the hosting and run off after a few months? I was already hoodwinked twice here on DP. Two months ago, I bought a Master Reseller account for $20 lifetime and it went down two weeks later. Today, another reseller account that I bought for $30 per year a month ago has been suspended and the host has apparently ran off. All I want is a reliable service, what guarantee can you give for that?

    You can just do a search with my DP username and can see that I offered this package before a year ( master reseller $50 per year offer package ).
    And its been years , and I am still here.
    I won't run away with your money.

    Also, Master Reseller account for $20 lifetime, only fools ( sorry to say, don't feel bad ) will signup. There is nothing called lifetime, because the server owner needs to pay the server fee monthly. So the hosts offering lifetime , wont stay in this industry

    You can also notice that the company offering lifetime hosting, is not actually a company. They will not be having any physical address. No office either.
    We are a registered company and we have an office ;)

    I think Sunxxxx is the worst host I ever view = =
    They do not reply me for up to 8 days!! (many tickets!! and I had contacted them with many ways)
    And suspend my clients' accounts without any response.
    Until now, not only all of us could not access to server, but they also do not reply any response!!
    So Terrible!! You will taste this feeling soon when you get in trouble. = =

    I don't know who are you. If you have account with us, please let me know your registered email id so that I can check the matter with you.

    8 days and no response ? That's a joke.

    We always respond to every tickets within 8 hours and close it before 24hrs after finding the solution. There is no tickets pending as I can see at this time.

    If you are not our customer, you must be trying to abuse us for no reason or some reason which is in your mind.

    We do not suspend accounts without any reason. We always provide information about the suspension to the reseller when they ask. We suspend domains because of the following reasons

    Non payment
    Violation of our TOS
    Over usage/High server load
    Mass Mailing / Proxy sites

    If your domain was suspended, you can see the suspension reason under WHM - > Suspended Accounts.


    All our servers are working fine. If you think your IP was blocked by our server firewall, contact us with your IP for getting it removed from the deny list.

    WHMPHP is the one of the master reseller control panel in this world used by hundreds of other hosting companies.

    If you downgrade your reseller to shared, it will disappear from the reseller list. So you can't see it there anymore. You need to check your WHM and the domain will be there. First you need to understand certain things before you complain. Or you could ask advise about how to use WHMPHP .

    sunxxxx do not allowed me login billing system nor login WHM anymore.
    Do you know why I need to post here? because they do not solve my all problems on their Billing System
    but reply it here soon~

    Until now, they keep the good friendship with me.
    You are the FIRST one let me so angry.
    I think I am not the first victim, but I WANNA BE THE LAST VICTIM!
    Good service can cause customer good feeling even though we may break your TOS.
    I also cause high CPU at Lunarpages...
    Due to their good behavior and attitude, I pay more money to solve this problem.
    We also can discuss about this... But your bad attitude could not be acceptable.

    Remember! Yep! Your server is good..
    But your attitude is bad... you do not take care of our feeling.
    I am not a new webmaster.. and experience many hosting services.
    I know which thing is right or wrong. you are the only one make me angry!!

    Now, I just wanna do one thing!
    Please give back me WHM and clients accounts for two week!
    I need to move all things from your server if existed.
    About money back, if I have done all things already
    I won't tell it anymore.
    I think this is my last require and give you one way to make this case down.
