I purchased this website along with HostArticles.biz, I did have big plans for the pair but unfortunately I cannot motivate myself with these two sites. It uses a simple PHP header/footer include structure with all the individual php files in the main directory, with a competent programmer you can easily swap the files into a database format and pull them dynamically. Many of the pages have PR. To my knowledge all the articles are free to republish aslong as the links in the articles remain intact.

I havent touched this website since I purchased it last month. Referring to this thread - Site is fully custom coded, template is unique, over 2000+ display pictures, over 800+ smilies. It needs some promotion and more work but I can see this becoming a very successful project with some TLC.

It received over 4,000 uniques last month but that has since dropped to 80~ uniques so far this month because it had received a free inbound link from another large website from the previous owner. Assume no revenue because I dont have the stats from adbrite.

I purchased this custom built website from a friend of mine. It has a custom design and uses content from wikipedia. My friend owns alot of these types of websites and they can gather alot of search engine listings easily. It could do with some link building. No traffic worth mentioning.

I attempted to sell these last month unsuccessfully so you can now buy them as a package. Both websites have between 500-1,000 manually verified quality links with alot of pending submissions.
