    This is a duplicate of my responce in another thread discussing this issue:

    The auction closed on 5/27/05 with a post telling you that you could not leave it hosted on my server. After not heaing from you or recieveing a payment via paypal,

    I re-listed the site on 6/2/05

    If you were serious about buying it, where were you for the 5-6 days in between?

    I probably should have keep my mouth shut but if you look at the thread you will see she declined on that requirement of keeping the site on your hosting on the same date as you sold it to her and asked for a PM of your PayPal info so she could pay.
    Looks like she didn't get one and you sold it else where.

    Exactly, that is what happened Bob. John, no regrets, and no worries. But it's a fact that I did ask for a PM in the sales thread, and I never received a PM from you for the site sale paypal info. You can confirm with a mod that I never received your PM if you did send one.

    But, as I said, the site is sold. You should be happy that your site was in demand :). I actually agreed to pay $100 for what you sold for $50. Whatever, let's keep it out of dicussion now, coz it won't help. Right ?

    Regarding your post, after I confirmed you, I considered the website mine, and was awaiting paypal info. I never noticed the relist, as I was inactive, travelling a lil bit.

    It was mostly a lack of communication... I should have tryed again to contact honey before doing anything else...
