Selling two video game fansites

    I'm looking to start a new project, so hoping to get rid of these two sites.
    Both of these games are 6+ months away, so imagine the traffic they will get once it gets closer to release.

    First site
    Mass Effect 360 .com
    515 uniques in september
    just got a huge increase as the site is featured on the games official site http://masseffect.bioware.com/community/.
    390 uniques so far in october (see the huge jump)
    Traffic
    Sept Oct
    Adsense, since late august
    adsense
    Start bid $60
    Reserve/BIN not set yet

    Assassins Haven .com
    984 uniques in sept
    Traffic

    I believe both these sites have huge potential, so if i do not get the price i want i will just hold on to them

    Will put BIN at $350 for both, $185 for one, I believe these sites have the potential to be big money makers. Theyre already doing well in the SERPs (both have number 1+2 spots at "game" fansite, as well as numerous other keywords).

    Mass effect gets 80 searches a day according to overture
    94 according to wordtracker

    Assassins Creed gets 188 searches a day according to overture
