    Verification can be done with request. Am open to any reasonable offers and will sell around the market price.

    Well I checked over at vbulletin and you can't transfer an expired vbulletin license.

    You know something your absolutely correct. I was always under the impression that you could'nt but I asked Steve and he said they changed the rules like 8 months plus ago. My apologies to you.
