    How much space and resources does the site take up on your server? I would probably move it to one of my servers so I want to make sure I have the resources to support it. I also want to see proof of past adsense/affiliate earnings from this site. Finally, since you said the design is custom, do you have the original PSD files so that I can make some changes? If you have Yahoo Messenger it would probably be easier to find me on there.
