Selling two established niche websites - cheap

I am selling the two following websites:

1. http://yourcoffeeinfo.com/

2. http://yourcreditcardtips.com/

- PR0 (both have PR but it is null)
- 10 months old
- quality keyword rich .com domains
- a lot of static content, but content isn't unique
- fully indexed by google
- very little traffic from what I used to track (I don't track it anymore)
- high PPC AdSense niches, (I used to have it on them)
- simple config files to add your AdSense code, customize footer and header
- domains are at Godaddy, so it's a free push

Sites are hosted on my free hosting. I can provide username and password to the buyer. You will then get the sites with no need to transfer, configure anything... and a lifetime quality free hosting !

I prefer to sell sites together, but would also consider selling them separately. Payment should be made via PayPal (accepting credit cards).
