Hello everyone. A while back a started a new site geared around one of my favorite TV shows, the hit HBO show Entourage. I wanted to make something quick and simple that could generate traffic and maybe pull in a little bit of extra income. That's when I started Entourage.ws

I threw together a simple forum using one of the free forum scripts out there (I will have to look to verify which script it is) and put a nice little landing page on there.

The forum does get good traffic from the SE's but not many poster's. It appears most of the people coming in are coming in to read information and click on the adds. I am running adsense on the landing page and clicksor adds on the forum. Here's some information about the site:

    Landing Page PR: 3
    Some PR1 inner page's
    25 Registered member's
143 topics and 130 replies for a total of 273 posts.

    Revenue:
    March Adsense:
    $9.17
    April Adsense:
    $18.45

    March Clicksor:
    $1.00
    April Clicksor:
    $1.12

    Traffic:
    March Unique Visitors:
    1,721 Unique Visitors
    3,610 Page Views

    April Unique Visitors:
    3,928 Unique Visitors
    8,267 Page Views

    Reffering Search Engines

This site doesn't take much to maintain. About the end of Febraury is when I added the landing page to the site, before it used to just goto the main page of the forum. Ever since adding the landing page I have noticed a huge increase in adsense earnings. I haven't done much else on the site besides that. 95% of the traffic comes from SE's so the only thing I would suggest to the new owner would be to continue doing link exchanges for the site. Honestly I haven't logged into the FTP in well over a month and the site is still earning revenue. This is a great steady earner with a good PR and a single word domain. I am going to start the bidding at $150 which is less than 10x last months earnings. I haven't decided on a BIN yet. Remember to keep in mind the domain has a PR and is great for search engine's and the site doesn't take much to maintain. Domain is reg'd at Dynadot and good until 10/31/2007
Thanks for looking and happy bidding!

Thank you for your interest movingbz! Why do you feel the price is too high? This is a stable site that has low maintenance to make a decent amount each month. What is it you feel make's it only worth a $65 bid? Anyways, thanks again for your interest. Sorry but I feel it is well worth at least 150 and am going to keep the minimum bid there. Thank you again!

Also: site has currently accrued $0.71 via adsense so far in May

Have decided to drop the starting bid down to $100 This is a great price for a steady site to bring in some extra cash each month!

Hello emaz85. The board its currently running is seo-board

If you are good with databases im sure you could somehow move the post's to something like vbulletin or phpbb. Although I'm not a database guru so I am not sure exactly how to go about doing something like that. Hope this helps! :)

Aren't you suppose to leave Powered by SEO-Board in the footer?

Not too sure about that?. I guess if the new owner wanted to they could add a link to the footer linking back to seo-board. Wouldn't be too difficult.
