Selling Selling Trekked.net 3 month old site

I am selling http://www.trekked.net 100% unique and copyrighted because I am currently moving as of a few weeks ago. I need all the money I can for a down payment. This is a one word premium dictionary domain you could prob sell on Godaddy if you had the time. Users have their own custom frontend for the site to post their trails along with a forum and store. For the store I will give you the shippers info so you can make a large profit every time. SEO I have it set up to get the first page keyword trekking soon. Its already first page for trekked. If you put some marketing into this site it will take off but none so far.

Remember: I dont buy 5 dollar traffic to boost the traffic rates for 5 months. I dont get backlinks that expire once you buy the site either. A ton of sites on here with garbage domains are selling like that. I make quality and give others a head start. 100% support for the next 6 months comes along with this site.
