    hi judst a question are most traffic exchange visitors newbies looking for business opportunties and to build there own list .I have a site which gives away
    afree ebook download might suite this site.But I reckon that the traffic is not interested in signing up for dating sites inUK.States etc

    Most of them are if not all of them. Most people that use traffic exchanges are new website owners of some type that are looking to get their feet off the ground without paying anything. So, yes they would be looking for business opportunities I would assume.
