Selling TOPSofweb.com - custom general Topsite

    Hello, Im selling the domain and website topsofweb.com.

    I have made it as a freelance for a guy that just disappear before the end of the work, so I have bought the domain and upload the website, it was in 2007 January. The website was never promoted and has not any SEO work (only mod_rewrite in the urls), just some natural link exchanges with the website users, but it really hasn't active users, just some little bloggers or small websites, because it has not traffic or promotion...

    The website is based on the Aardvark topsite script v5.1.2, with a custom design and some custom extra features, I have adapted it to work with various categories, added the remember password function, contact form, html urls (with php mod_rewrite), different banner and link options, member stats public or private option...

    The domain is PR3, and it has some internal pages as index.php are pr2. It has no traffic, and I have not generated any revenue because I have never promoted it or placed any kind of advertising.

    Im selling it because I have not time to promote it as a serious proyect.

    Not BIN defined, I just wait for offers.

    I take it , it is just a custom skin for the topsite script?

    Will the new owner have the right to do what he wishes with the custom skin , like will he/she have full rights to it?

    Do you still have the psd's?

    Hello, yes, its a custom skin for the script, and it also have some script code modifications, I have based the design in other free custom skin (I dont remember the name of this skin, sorry), but its fully changed, the new owner will have full rights to do what he wishes with the skin and the code, of course.

    I have not ALL the source files, because I have lost part of them in a os format, I have some of the sources for this skin (See Screen of the sources), as the header image source, titles, buttons...

    I works with fireworks and not PS so the sources are in the PNG format (with editable layers of couse).
