All the site content is 100% unique and was written by me (I'm native english)

The only reason I am selling is because I'm having problems at home so I'm going have to give SEO a break for a while.

The site is built around excellent buying keywords, for example one of the main keywords is 'flat stomach' which pulls in 33,100 exact searches every month. There are also other keywords such as ''how to get a flat stomach'' which gets 27,100 searches a month. These are just two big keywords, there are many more (which I will disclose to the buyer)

The site has been optimised for various keywords, so all that is needed is off-site optimisation.

I will also reveal the DP poster who designed the site for me incase you want to add more pages and you're not familiar with web design.

I believe a similar site on page one for similar keywords was averaging $500 per month from adsense alone and this was years ago.

I haven't had a chance to market the site so there is ofcourse no traffic and adsense and affiliate links should only be placed once the site gets stable traffic and good rankings.
