    Hi,

    I am thinking of selling myproxytemplates.com . This site offers free templates for phpproxy and zelune. I made money by buying the themes and then selling sponsor links on them. I am selling because I just dont have the time anymore.

    What you get?
    Domain (godaddy), all content including exisiting themes

    Revenue?
    $200 made from link sales including blog roll links

    Traffic Stats?
    between 100-200 uniques a day, this increases dramatically when a new theme is released. The themes have been downloaded nearly 300 times so far this month

    Site Age?
    Fairly new. about 2 months old - would love to keep it but dont have the time with my other commitments

    Price?
    $250 BIN - other offers welcome

    The site is a wordpress blog. It is very easy to move and I will help if needs be.

    If you dont want to take advantage of the free hosting for a year then that is fine.

    Reserve has been met - BIN $200 still (I will listen to all offers above $140 for BIN)
