Business attorney has NOTHING to do with selling what you are, nor does it have anything to do with state laws on the subject. I can back up the claim, you just refuse to see it. I have given links. BTW I have talked to an attorney who is actually knowledgeable on this subject in the past and according to him and others it is illegal no matter how you market them, especially calling them a 'bong' as you have is just wishing to be busted. I'm not dodging one bit, I have a bit more experience on the item at hand than you do. http://stopthedrugwar.org/chronicle-old/276/paraphernaliacrackdown.shtml Glad to know you and your 'business attorney' knows more than the nations top defense attorney on the subject at the time of the busts. Laws have gotten worse, not better. Good luck
Links? Right... Posting random articles from the internet does not help your claims, I can find just as many articles saying bongs are legal, it doesn't mean shit, anyone can make a website. You haven't backed up any of your claims, you just keep posting crap about busts from years ago (2003), nothing has said ANYTHING about bongs being illegal, therefore you have yet to provide shit. If they are cracking down soooooo bad, as you say, why is there thousands of internet sites and stores across the country selling bongs? Until you can backup anything, it's still just pure bullshit. Is it really that hard to admit your wrong kid? People think they know everything, I love it!
I am no kid, appears to me you wont listen to reason. Good luck I know about the subject at hand, it's your funeral though. They are illegal, it simply is not something the government goes out of there way in order to prosecute. Yet again, another article that you'll simply act like it does not exist. http://stopthedrugwar.org/chronicle-old/174/headsup.shtml I am someone with experience on the subject, trying my damnest to help you and keep you out of jail. You however are obviously dead set on doing it, have fun. --- BTW I AM NOT against this type of stuff, I simply have experience in the field so to speak, I have spoken with attorneys that actually deal in this issue, it is black and white when it comes to federal law. State law and selling in state is different! The argument that 'well there are sites online' is also incorrect as there were sites online when the one big bust happened, there have also been small busts as well. I had figured anyone with any thought process would look at the big bust and see the truth, obviously I was wrong. Do not take lack of prosecuting as something is legal, all it takes is for the public to bitch or a prosecutor to have an agenda for the next big round up, do you honestly want to take that risk? It is black and white if you want to believe it or not, I once thought the way you did. "but, but, but it's for tobacco" which does NOT fly.
Hello there m1ndless, I would side with Grim on this issue, if it were me.. Especially after I only had to sciff through the reading on the last link he provided.. to see his point as clear as day.. Did you happen to notice this part? That clearly states that anything bong related is subject to criminal activity. So you should probably head the warning from Grim and be thankful for his in site, as it could save you from many hassles, court dates fines, etc. I would load one last bowl and stuff (delete) that domain in it and call it a day. It's done and over.. The link Grim gives makes it clear.. You headed right into a whirlwind and better change course. Boulder
I understand what you guys are saying, I see you were trying to help, but I am a natural ass. I guess i'll just use this site as a parked afilate website and get a new domain.
Take a hit from a bong, pick it up , light it up, take a hit from a bonggggg. Ummmm thats good shit, yo if your selling skunk, ill take 120 kilos please, and i want a new bong too 50% discount for first buyer? let me know

ok..read this sections (f) Exemptions This section shall not apply to - (1) any person authorized by local, State, or Federal law to manufacture, possess, or distribute such items; or (2) any item that, in the normal lawful course of business, is imported, exported, transported, or sold through the mail or by any other means, and traditionally intended for use with tobacco products, including any pipe, paper, or accessory. its clearly states that in a normal lawful course of business, one can sell the products which are intended for tobacco use.
Look at Tommy Chong, he went to jail for 9 months over this. You want to as well? Everyone knows a tobacco pipe is going to be used for smoking pot. Not worth it.
