What's the consensus on sales from Indonesia? Is it the scam capital of the world? What countries do you have the most trouble with?
Never had a sale to Indonesia, but I know that whenever any of my wordpress blogs have been hacked, the hackers are always from there...
How people expect sales in Indonesia? Do you know the average salary there? I don't think they can afford anything. I had few affiliates paying google ads for Indonesia....CRAZY! The most stupid step ever done by them, shame I could not contact them.
I use free traffic methods and have gotten sales from countries I could never believe. True if I were doing adWords I would never target those countries, and that is something good about article marketing. Your target is the world.

How about looking at refund ratios and scam ratios.. Does anyone have data on refund ratios on Indonesian sales?
i have not had any peculiar behaviour of refund ratios on indonesian sales. and to be perfectly honest, a lot of eastern european countries arent any better.
pakistan and afghanistan are real trouble countries, unless you're selling explosives or rocket launchers
