Selling third party software on my site, need help

I have installed an online shopping system with digital downloadable products but I would like to sell third party products for a comission. Does anyone know how would I go about creating something like this?

All payments would be processed to my PayPal account and at the end of the month I would send their (sellers') share to their PayPal accounts. Now, how can I prove to them that I didn't steal any money from them? Is there a way to set this up?

PM me for details if you are interested, but on another site of mine, I sell an oscommerce multi store version, that also has an affiliate sales point module. The module allows others to create an account, add their products, and sell them via you (which, the multi store built in option also allows you to setup as many sites from a single system as you want. no multiple databases). The only thing it doesn't do is upload digital downloads. With that, all they do is email it to you, you upload it, and add it to your product attributes. In their accounts, they can see product and sales statistics live, so they always know what's going on. Their is a live version (not a demo) operational as well to look at and understand what I am talking about. This is cheap, about $750.00 all up with the module, but if you plan to get serious with it, it's the best option available.

Commission systems are built in. Paypal is also built in. You could set commission anywhere from 1% to 100%, it's up to you. You can also modify individual commission rates. So one client earn 85% while another earns 95%. Yes, it's kind of expensive, but it's not really that public. It's a specific creation for really serious ecommerce solutions. It took my company about 4 months to create it, because no other system is capable of doing it.

Can I see the live presentation? I don't have 700$ to spend right now but when I do I'll contact you for more information, unless I find a cheaper solution. Thanks.
