Selling Templates

I was wondering if it is possible to get around $100 a month selling around a few simple css/wp themes ? I wanted to do it on these forums but I don't see many people selling them. Is there a reason ?

 

It is very possible as long as you are skillful and price them adequately you should be good

Yes you can. Just go to the Template forum and you will see some members selling their templates for $50+ specially WordPress templates.

 

One wp theme sells for around 150-300 at sitepoint. If you can produce unique, attractive and quality themes it can be sold for much higher price.

 

Yep there are people making $100 per sale on templates, not just $100 a month. It all depends on skill level though.
